Shipping Policy

We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight and destination region, and are displayed at checkout.

Delivery time: 7–21 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country.

Important — international delivery: In accordance with international shipping regulations, parcels are often delivered directly to the recipient in person (hand-to-hand delivery). This means:

• The courier or postal service may contact you to arrange a delivery time
• Please track your parcel actively using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
• Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address, or arrange an alternative delivery time with the carrier in advance

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or failure to arrange delivery with the carrier.
